In packing my lunch today, I packed myself some Herr's potato chips, and while doing so, I noticed there was a recipe on the back. It was for Potato Chip Cookies. The recipe involves 3 cups of crushed potato chips and a bunch of butterscotch or chocolate chips. It's certainly not the oddest idea I've ever come across, but it's definitely up there.
I'm so intrigued I'm going to have to make some tonight.
